Performance of the contract includes preparation of detailed design for the implementation of energy efficiency measures, carrying out supervision during the execution of construction, execution of works to implement energy efficiency measures. Completed construction activities include: replacement of windows, roof repairs - installation of thermal and humidity insulation and replacement of flashings, gutters and downpipes. Laying insulation system on the exterior walls of the building, laying insulation in an unheated basement, replacing the lighting installation in the common areas of the building with energy saving installation, mounting of a new lightning protection system and refreshing the stairwell of the building.
