The Museum of Modern and Contemporary History in the city of Dobrich is a monument of park art at the Regional History Museum of Dobrich and has the status of immovable cultural value;

Under the assignment the employer, the south facade of the former casino, which had been demolished in the 60s, was restored as per authentic documents from 1932.
The other facades were built up anew. Various amelioration works were performed and installed were the following: external insulation, suspended wall of structural glazing and a black screen behind it, exterior and interior plaster, window frames replacement, interior plasters, screeds and painting. Power supply and electric boards - supply and installation, internal electrical installations, interior and exterior plumbing and sewer systems, installation and commissioning of VRF air conditioning system, delivery and installation of a forced exhaust ventilation, delivery and installation of exhaust ventilation.

Regional Museum of History
Works were performed to set up external insulation, lining the walls from moisture-resistant plasterboard partition walls of plasterboard, internal plastering and painting walls, outdoor triple layer mineral plaster with latex paint, sanding and impregnation of existing windows, glazing with double glazing on existing wooden windows, replacement of flooring with tile , tiles and flooring.
