We won several tenders for Engineering Implementation (design, construction and author's supervision) of six multi-family residential buildings in Botevgrad (2 pcs.), Sliven (2 pcs.), Kazanlak and Burgas. The approvals of the projects are ongoing and the kick-off of projects implementation is pending.

We are proud of the well-done work on a meaningful project assigned to us by the Municipality of Kazanlak! We are near the end of the project for repair, restoration and conservation of the Military Department, Kazanlak - an emblematic historical building with beautiful architecture!

We have reached elevation 3.45. We have poured concrete and continue the work activities according to plan. The interest in the building is constantly increasing! Contact us if you would like to receive information about available apartments, shops and garages.

We won 2 awards from the prestigious "Building of the Year 2024" competition in the Commercial Building category and the Audience Award for the restoration of Central Halls in Sofia! With a lot of hard work and joint efforts, we completed a complex and challenging project!

A foundation slab was poured - 550 m3. We have completed the construction of the sewage system in the basement. By the end of the year, all 54 columns and washers in the basement are to be finalized. Stay tuned for more news from the construction process!

In the month of June 2024. the first sod was laid for the construction of a residential building, located in the Lyulin neighbourhood, 6th micro district near a hypermarket and a large sports center, with a quick connection to the Ring road. Expected completion date of the project: end of 2026.

3 years after the completion of the first project in Ovcha Kupel 2, the second building at 83 Narodno Horo Str. in Sofia is in final stage of implementation. Communicative location in close proximity to metro station, New Bulgarian University, Ring Road are some of the area main advantages.

The historical building of the Central Halls in Sofia restored by PSP Ltd. was officially opened in May 2024. After nearly a year of extensive reconstruction and restoration works, today the iconic "covered market", designed in 1906, opens its doors to its first visitors.

PSP Ltd. has completed another complex restoration project, part of the cultural heritage of Bulgaria. The project has historical, archaeological and scientific importance for the benefit of the society. It is contributing to the development of the region as a cultural center.
